At WorldSmith, we are fully committed to respecting copyright law and honoring the creators, publishers, and systems that make tabletop roleplaying games so inspiring. Our mission is to empower players and Game Masters with powerful, creative tools that never compromise the legal or ethical boundaries of the games we love.
Our platform uses AI technology to assist users in generating original content and also allows for community-generated material to be shared publicly. While we take great care to ensure our tools are grounded in open, legally usable material (such as licensed System Reference Documents or SRDs), we recognize that both AI and user contributions are inherently dynamic.
As such, we cannot guarantee that every piece of content shared on our platform will always remain within the bounds of all applicable licenses. However, we actively monitor and moderate public-facing content and are fully committed to removing any material that violates licensing requirements or infringes on protected intellectual property.

Some of the content available on WorldSmith may, now or in the future, be derived from tabletop roleplaying games that are released under the Open Game License Version 1.0a, a license originally published by Wizards of the Coast. This license allows for the use and modification of certain open gaming content, provided that the terms of the license — including proper attribution — are strictly followed.
WorldSmith is committed to fully complying with the OGL and any applicable requirements from the publishers who have adopted it. Our goal is to ensure that all derived content:
- Includes the required Section 15 attribution statements.
- Uses only content that has been expressly released as Open Game Content.
- Does not include any Product Identity or proprietary elements from publishers.
